My name is Stephanie Bogenhagen and I’m excited to be a part of ATC! I’ve been a group fitness instructor for four and a half years and I love working out with friends. I will be leading two different class options at the ATC. On Monday and Wednesday evenings, I will teach Zumba/Hip Hop Cardio. This class is a fun, high energy cardio class. We will dance off approximately 700-800 calories in the hour class, just getting down to some of your favorite tunes. There’s no right or wrong way, just keep moving and have FUN! On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, I will teach the Body Sculpting class. This 45 minute workout combines weight resistance, cardio, and ab work. It will be challenging, yet doable by utilizing a circuit approach that maximizes results. There’s no quicker way to get a full body workout!
